Terms of Service

By purchasing from Static and Silk, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders and payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity). Payment is due at the time of purchase.
2. Pricing and availability. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may correct pricing errors or product information at any time and cancel any affected orders.
3. Sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.
4. Shipping, delivery, and pickup (if applicable). Delivery time frames are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier (for shipped orders) or upon pickup (for pickup orders), to the extent permitted by law.
5. Returns and exchanges. Our Return and Exchange Policy applies to all eligible returns/exchanges and is incorporated into these Terms of Service.
6. Product descriptions. We strive to display colors, sizing, and product details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that all displays are exact. Minor variations may occur.
7. Promotions and gift cards (if applicable). Promotions, discount codes, and store credits may have additional terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Gift cards are non-refundable and must be treated like cash.
8. User content and conduct (if applicable). If you post reviews or other content, you agree not to post anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive right to use submitted content for business purposes (such as marketing), unless prohibited by law.
9. Privacy. We handle personal information in accordance with our privacy practices. If you have a separate Privacy Policy, it governs how we collect, use, and share information.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, purchases are provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of products.
11. Governing law. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable in the location where the boutique operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will apply from the date it is posted or provided to you.
